Return & Refund Policy

All products in our store are made to order, which means we don’t keep inventory and each item is created just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll take care of it. You can request a free replacement or a full refund—no return necessary.

To report a problem, email shop@mybartender.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • If multiple items are affected, include all in one photo or video

What’s Not Covered

We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders with incorrect size or color selections

  • Cases where the buyer changed their mind

  • Minor print placement variations under 0.5"

  • Packages returned due to address errors or failed delivery attempts

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, we can offer a partial refund or reprint at cost.

EU Customers

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, since all items are made to order, this may not apply in all cases. Reach out to us with questions.

Refunds

Once we review and approve your request, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. If it takes longer, contact us at shop@mybartender.com.
