Shipping & Order Policy
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once you place your order, you will receive an email and, if chosen, an SMS notification confirming your order. We will also send updates about your order’s shipping status via email and SMS. Please note that orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. Shipments are processed only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive tracking information within 1–4 business days. While tracking may not update immediately, rest assured that your order is on its way. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in the Continental United States.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders take 2-7 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped. Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–10 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from both processing and shipping times. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, lost or damaged items, or items marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Additionally, if a package is delivered to the wrong address because of an error at checkout, we cannot accept responsibility for this. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at shop@mybartender.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed.
Shipping Address Guidelines
For a smooth delivery, ensure that your shipping address is entered with only Latin characters (A-Z, 0-9). Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters, and Address Line 2 is limited to 30 characters. MyBartender does not validate shipping addresses, so please double-check the accuracy of the information provided. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may not be delivered and are not eligible for refunds.
International Shipping
For international orders, a valid phone number for the recipient is required to help ensure successful delivery. Shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination.
PO Box Deliveries
PO Box addresses are supported for U.S. orders but are not recommended for international shipping. If using a PO Box, be aware that the largest PO Box size is typically 12" x 22.5", and any item larger than this cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Express shipping is not available for PO Box addresses, and all orders to PO Boxes will ship using standard shipping methods, even if an express option is selected.
Responsibility for Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided in the order.
